The project is under construction, and it has promised to provide several amenities like an equipped clubhouse, gardens, gymnasium, swimming pool, children’s play area, and a lot more. The most important point that I would like to highlight in this Ozone WF48 review is that it would provide 100% Vastu-compliant apartments to its clients. I hope to get smooth possession of my apartment for a peaceful stay.

Due to its close proximity to the Phoenix Mall and VR Mall, Ozone WF48 is in an extremely desirable position. I came across Ozone WF48 when searching for a high-end apartment. Ozone WF48 connectivity is excellent, and the closest stations are Krishnarajapuram Railway Station, Hoodi Railway Station, Channasandra Railway Station, Baiyappanahalli Metro Station, and Baiyappanahalli Railway Station, all of which are within 2.4, 2.6, 3.9, 4.7, and 4.8 kilometres, respectively, of the location. Patanjali Chikitsalaya and Apollo Pharmacy are the closest medical facilities, both of which are located within 200 metres. The location was the only thing that intrigued me to book an apartment in this project but I am not sure when I will get possession of the apartment considering its snail pace progress.

I am writing this Ozone WF48 review out of utter disappointment. I’d say that avoid making investments in Ozone WF48 properties. The builder is a huge fraud and is cashless. They have defrauded me of my 10 lakh rupee investment in this project for the past 12 months. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Any investor that invests in their projects will suffer a great loss. The 8-year-old Project WF48 has not seen any progress to date, and Ozone is defrauding anyone who paid money to reserve a unit there. After I cancelled my allotment, Ozone stopped responding to my requests for a refund of the money I had already paid.
