Hey, I am writing this NB Bhalchandra Blessings review to share my experience when we made a site visit last month. After searching for a decent 2 BHK for months, my father and I also enquired about this project. I would say that the NB Bhalchandra Blessings location attracted us. It is near to the Hinjewadi IT Park, where I work. The location also offers easy access to the Mukai Chowk. Moreover, the Ravet bus station is a kilometre away, while the Akurdi train station is 2.5 km away. The Ojas Hospital and the Aditya Birla Hospital can be reached within 10 minutes, so it gives us the basic requirements at a convenient distance. The NB Bhalchandra Blessings price starts at Rs. 72 lakhs, which is a little higher than what we are looking to spend. But all said, we might go for it with the all-around facilities available.
