What I observed through different Mahindra Nestalgia reviews and my visit is that the room sizes are very compact in sizes, same thing for the balcony as well. I strongly feel that they need to improve the construction quality. Because the quality of construction and the project location don't justify the price at which the flats are being offered here. Mahindra Nestalgia location is Mahindra Nestalgia - Nehru Nagar Bhosari Road, Kharalwadi, Pimpri Colony, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra – 411018. The project site is near to the slum and right behind there are chemical factories that give such a bad smell in the evenings. It would cause cancer in a few years.

I visited this project site a few months ago and what I could understand from my visit was that they have sold most of the apartments. Or maybe it seemed so because the salesperson seemed least interested in showing the property. Most ironically the salesperson was more concerned about my budget rather than explaining about the project. Mahindra Nestalgia is in the early stage of construction and the Mahindra Nestalgia possession date is
August 2027.
