The correct Mahindra Citadel address is JR87+M88 CTS 4854, which is in Vallabh Nagar, Pimpri Colony, Pune, very close to ICC Tech Park. After inspecting the project, I discovered that although it may be constructed with excellent connectivity, its main drawback will be its location. There is a railway track on one side. The Mumbai Pune highway and the Metro line are located on the opposite side. Furthermore, every train that passes must whistle as it crosses the tracks behind it. There won't be peace in the society. I will rate 2 in my Mahindra Citadel reviews.

June 2028 is the Mahindra Citadel possession date. Prominent real estate builder Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. will be constructing this well-planned complex. After visiting the project, I have to state that it is being built in a prime position with exceptional connectivity. This is one of the nicest societies to live in, and I think the Mahindra Citadel price is excellent value for the money. Due to the nearby numerous bus, metro, and train stations, as well as the old Mumbai-Pune Highway Road, this project will have a huge potential for price appreciation and rental development in the future. I'll give this project a five-star rating.
