Kumar Peninsula was that the
society is excellent, but the maintenance staff and other areas really need improvement. My sister already lives here
and she gave me her own Kumar Peninsula review stating that
water delivery problems occasionally last the entire day. She also told me that there are never-lasting fixes and even the yearly maintenance fee lift has been discontinued at times. I would not be investing here.

I really love the location of
Kumar Peninsula. It is located in Baner which is a
good location to stay close to the IT city. My workplace is also nearby, which is why I was considering buying a flat here. But the secretary of the building is really ignorant of the problems of the residents. I know this because I talked to a few residents of
Kumar Peninsula and they gave me really honest Kumar Peninsula reviews.
They told me that numerous residents have voiced complaints, but they are simply ignored.
I am not sure if I would invest here keeping these issues in mind.

building. I recently visited the property site. The construction quality class-apart and really nice facilities are offered with opulent apartments. I also had a great encounter with the customer service of

. The best part of the project for me was that it is one of the finest because it is close to a shopping centre, an IT park, hospitals, a grocery store, and restaurants. Speaking of apartments, they are roomy and exquisitely made.
