What are the reviews of DP Star Triveni, Bhandup West, Mumbai?

I am interested in this project because of the DP Star Triveni location. It is Near Datta Mandir Rd., LBS Marg., Bhandup West, just near my brother-in-law's house. My husband is planning to buy an apartment here so that during an emergency, we can get my brother-in-law easily. The DP Star Triveni cost also seems okay based on the infrastructure and amenities they are providing. It starts at Rs. 1.5 crore and goes up. • Upgraded 1 and 2 BHK smart homes

• Spacious play area with security

• Lord Krishna Temple within its premises

• Their entry is simply palatial

I found this project worth investing in and am planning to book an apartment here very soon. But if you get more details, please share them here.

I am not sure about the DP Star Triveni possession date. At first, I heard it would be completed by 2021, but now I am notified by a friend that it will be completed next year by December. So if you are planning to invest here, be sure to ask about the DP Star Triveni completion date beforehand. I did not like it as

• The sales team were very rude to me and my friend and they did not show any interest in showing us any flats.

• I did not get to see any markets nearby, so I cancelled my plan to have an apartment here. I cannot walk or drive 2 km for groceries always

• The price is also quite high compared to other apartments nearby

The apartment project is developed by the DP Buildhomes. I visited the project location and saw that the flat is under construction. This is a pre-handover

DP Star Triveni Review. There are three configurations: 1, 2 & 3 BHK for buyers. The 1 BHK is sized 365 - 400 sq.ft. ft. The size of 2 BHK ranged from 529 - 600 sq.ft. The DP Star Triveni  project sounds and looks premium in the floor plan. The expected possession date is December 2024. In total there will be 1 tower with 80 units. The project will be spread over 1 acre.

The best part of DP Star Triveni is its location. I'm happy, I won't need to be stressed about the commute. The Bhandup Railway Station is 10 minutes away. Schools such as GS Shetty International School, Daffodils High Public School, Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, DAV International School and Next School are 20-30 minutes away. Bhavsar Multispeciality & ICU Hospital, Aditi Hospital (Mulund West) and Hira Mongi Navneet Hospital are within a 4 km. Entertainment centres such as D Mart Supermarket (Bhandup West) Big Bazaar Hypermarket (Mulund West) and Food Bazaar Supermarket (Mulund West) are near. I read in a DP Star Triveni review that the Nahur Railway Station is 5 Minutes away.

While booking a 2BHK in DP Star Triveni, I asked the sales associate about the available amenities. They gave me a list with the following facilities: indoor games, open car parking, sewage treatment plant,, gymnasium, banquet hall, children's play area, and community hall. For safety, the place has a fire fighting system, rainwater harvesting, earthquake resistant structure, water storage and security guards. For a better DP Star Triveni review, keep an eye on the project completion.
