The only con about this project is that they are charging a maintenance amount per month of 12k+ in advance for 1 year.

I booked an apartment here a month ago, after going through a few positive online Assetz Canvas and Cove reviews. The builder is generally helpful, and the transaction went smoothly. The Assetz Canvas and Cove address and flat layout are its advantages. It has a good design and adequate dimensions. There is a lake on one side with a buffer zone, ensuring open space. There is good connectivity; Hosur Road and Bannergetta Road are both easily accessible. Contrary to some other reviews, I received support from the sales, CRM, and home loan teams, and the after-sales service was satisfactory.

Cons: 

• The Assetz Canvas and Cove price is a bit expensive. 

• It might take another year or two to develop the outdoor arrangement. The area is dusty right now since there are three builders nearby working on projects, and building will continue for the next two to three years.

All in all, I also suggested this to a few of my friends. I'll provide additional updates on the experience as we go forward.

My brother recently visited this project to look for a 3 BHK flat. He said that in Begur, Bangalore, this residential development is currently under construction. The Assetz Canvas and Cove possession date is March 2025. This project is spread across 17 acres. He further said that this gated community project features 4 elevated towers, each with multiple floors. The project has 450 units in total. The apartments have three open sides and excellent ventilation for a healthy way of living. He was so impressed that he promptly booked a three-bedroom flat. For me, it was the worst experience ever. I would rate this project a score of 1 out of 5 in my Assetz Canvas and Cove reviews. Due to the brand name, I with my family went to the project's sales office a month ago. Let me tell you, there was no effort to get in touch again or at least to get feedback. We followed up because we were interested, but due to some of the staff members being rude, there was no appropriate response. Thus, we visited to check other projects in the vicinity last week, including

. Together with the location and the amenities offered by Prestige Song of the South, we adored the apartments. We thus reserved a 2 BHK flat there immediately.

My best buddy recently shared his Assetz Canvas and Cove reviews with my family. He informed me that one of the explanations for why he booked a three-bedroom flat in this development. He said that his children had been delighted by the amenities. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, a swimming pool, a kids' play area, a badminton court, and other amenities.
