• Address Proof -

  Aadhar card, voter ID card, passport, driving license, phone bill, ration card, and any other certificate issued by a statutory authority.

• Age or Identity Proof -

  PAN Card, Passport, or any other officially recognised certificate.

• Income Proof -

  Payslip for the previous three months, income tax returns (ITR), bank statements, and financial statements that have been audited for self employed persons. 

• Property Documents -

  An agreement to sell, title deed for the property, the authorised building plan, and receipts for property taxes.

• Other Documentation -

  Passport-sized photos, proof of employment, and so on.
