SBI doesn’t issue the certificate. You get it from the sub-registrar’s office where the property is registered, though states like Karnataka, Kerala, UP, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh also offer it online. Submit the property details, the period required, and ID proof, then pay the fee. Receiving the certificate can take 6 to 30 working days, so apply early and submit it to SBI for legal verification.
