During the visit, we enquired about the MP Kumudham Enclave RERA number and possession, which are TN/1/Building/0428/2024 and November 2028, respectively. I also learned about a few key locations in the vicinity of the project, such as the Chennai International Airport which is around 11.5 km away, Kundrathur Police Station 3.2 Km, Pallavaram Railway Station (7.0 km), Nearby healthcare facilities include, Madha Medical College and Madha Hospital. There are also a few supermarkets near this project like the Sree Murugan Supermart. etc. After learning about all these, I have booked a 2 BHK flat.

My brother and I were looking for investment opportunities when we came to know about this project. During our first visit, we enquired about the MP Kumudham Enclave unit configuration and price. From an executive, we learned that the starting MP Kumudham Enclave price of the apartments is from Rs. 25 Lakhs onwards. Here also provided us with a list, which I have added below.

I am truly happy after purchasing an apartment in this project. I have visited and checked multiple projects, but for some reason, I didn’t like any of them. After visiting the apartment, I instantly knew that this would be my house. The MP Kumudham Enclave unit size, build quality, etc, was to my liking. This project is constructed using red bricks, and they have used terrace cooling tiles. The apartments were also 100% Vastu-compliant and spacious. The project also has quite a lot of amenities, such as visitor parking, a sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting and security staff that works 24/7 to keep it safe and secure. I have bought a 2 BHK apartment here.
