Hello, I visited this project a few months back. They offer good Vastu-compliant 2, & 3 BHK units. I really liked the DB Lakven Visishta location. Some of the locational advantages are as follows,
It is only 1.8 Km from the Kadugodi railway station
3.3 Km from Hopefarm Channasandra metro station
5.9 Km from Hoodi Halt train station
The most important point is that it is only 5.5 Km from my son’s school, The Deens Academy.
The only con that I felt was that the balconies could have been bigger in size which could have added more value addition. I am planning to book an apartment here.

Hi, After going through several positive DB Lakven Visishta reviews, I planned to visit this project. The planning is impressive, with most flats receiving ample sunlight throughout the day. The rooms are spacious, and the ongoing work promises a beautiful living space once completed. It is also a RERA registered project and the DB Lakven Visishta Reviews RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/160523/005938. Overall, I liked this project and paid the booking amount.
