Hi,
You can raise a complaint against the developer. You will have to provide a formal notice to the builder before bringing a lawsuit against them in consumer court for subpar construction. Moreover, give the opposing party time to answer. You can go to the consumer court if the developer won't compensate you or won't accept the notice that was given.
In the event of not receiving a response from the developer against your notice, you can register an online complaint to the court.
