There is only one way on how to close a credit card if no option is available. Contact the bank directly. Just make sure that you have paid all the remaining debts. Once this is done:
Visit the bank physically or
Contact the bank at their customer service number
This is something that only the bank can do and you won’t be able to close the card online or offline yourself. Once you raise the issue, your bank will close it for you.
