What are the reviews of Sterling Ascentia, Bellandur, Bangalore ?

My friend shared with me the Sterling Ascentia floor plan and seemed quite impressed with the project so I had to check it out myself. My husband and I are planning to move into a 3 BHK apartment so visited the project last year so let me share some specifications of the project here-

• The apartments range from 1591 sq ft to 2015 sq ft

• The Sterling Ascentia Bellandur price starts from Rs 1.36 crores

• The project is RERA approved and its ID is

  PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/171026/000563

• Tower 5 and 6 are complete and are available to be moved into

• Tower 3 and 4 are still under construction

• There are 392 apartments available in this project 

I believe the Sterling Ascentia resale price is going to great as well. You will get almost everything near it be it hospitals, schools, colleges, IT hubs and more so accessibility to any part of the city will not be an issue here. 

The Sterling Ascentia floor plan might seem good but let me also point out that the basement got flooded during the 2022 flood and I am sure it will get flooded again during heavy rain. The project is in a lowland area and the water logging problem is already there in this area for ages. Without even a flood there will be water logging in this area. The worst part is that the builder is very reluctant to pay any heed towards this issue. 

The  Sterling Ascentia address might look good and worth investing in but some other problems of this project are

• Shortage of water 

• Overpriced amenities

• High maintenance charge

• Noise pollution

• Traffic Jam right outside the apartment

My friend lived here as a tenant here during the floor and witnessed a horrific situation. The lifts were not working, the wifi was not working and the builder remained blind through this period. I would strongly suggest you not invest here.

The starting price has been marked at1.36 Cr. Onwards. The area of 3 BHK ranges between 1591 sq.ft. - 2015 sq.ft.*. My review will be incomplete without mentioning the construction status of the project. Floor Plans For 3 BHK Units

In this Sterling Ascentia reviews, you must note the long list of amenities being offered to the residents. The Sterling construction Group has something for every age group. There is a  Swimming Pool for people to cool down on hot days and Jogging Track, Table Tennis,  Gym, Play Area, Tennis Court, Basketball Court to play sports and be fit. Sterling Ascentia will be incomplete without mentioning the Library and Community Hall within the boundaries. I would suggest you visit the project and make your own comment on Sterling Ascentia issues. I believe residents could have gotten a few more perks.

The Sterling Ascentia project in Bellandur is luxurious to say the least.In my comment, I will talk about the Sterling Ascentia reviews. Located off Marathahalli-Sarjapur road, the project offers easy access to the most prominent IT hubs in Bangalore. Conveniently located next to the roadways like Outer Ring Road , proposed metro station, bus stops (BMTC) , and auto stands. Entertainment centers like KLM Shopping and Market Square mall etc are located in the immediate vicinity.  It is a perfect place for people with kids because of its closeness to schools like GITAM University, Ravindra Bharathi Global School, Sri Chaitanya School, Insight Academy School Bengaluru, and Orchids International. Medical infrastructure like Columbia Asia, Sakra World Hospital, Foster Healthcare Multi-Speciality Health Clinic, and Jeevika Hospital are near as well.
