Settlement deed can be challenged by either of the parties involved in the deed has
misinformation, misrepresentation of any kind. If either of the parties has been made to sign the deed because of fraud, coercion, improper execution. The deed can be challenged in court. Another important factor that leads to the deed being challenged is concealment of facts.
