I heard from someone in their Praneeth Pranav Leaf review, that entry is a slight problem in the project and the maintenance needs to hire better security guards. There isn't ample car parking or proper space for gardening. There aren't AC vents in any bedrooms & Chimney vents in the kitchen and no wiring for geysers in bathrooms. There aren't proper street lights leading up to the project. In the rain, I imagine the entrance of Praneeth Pranav Leaf to be flooded with water. I hope the builder hears these issues and begins working on them asap!

Praneeth Pranav Leaf is situated adjacent to ORR but apart from the Mallampet bus stop, there isn't any major transport service like MMTS or metro located nearby. The amenities lack lift in a few places. Though the homes are Vaastu compliant, there is weekly landscaping to maintain the ground. The builder has put underground drainage and electrification for all villas. There is even a backup generator for common areas and solar fencing wherever required. I would give the project ⅘ in my Praneeth Pranav Leaf review.

Praneeth Pranav Leaf is a gorgeous cluster of homes. I'm so happy, I visited the place. Currently, it is under construction. The location of the same is Mallampet, Adj. to Outer Ring Road & in the vicinity of Telangana Educational Hub at Bachupally. There are houses for bachelors and families. I think their luxurious villas start from 150 Sq.yd to 210 Sq.yd. I have heard people sing praises in their Praneeth Pranav Leaf review. The location is also good. Adj. to Outer Ring Road, the project isn't too far from important places like reputed educational institutions and banks, ATM.
