My mother is alive and has recently changed her name from Vichitra to Bichitra. She is living with my father in her own home constructed on the plot which is in my mother's name. She has got the new Adhar and PAN as well on the new name. The plot on which house is constructed was registered in 1991 and that time there was no Adhar or PAN in culture. As a son, what documents I should have so that this house can be sold without any hurdle in the future?
