Is it good time to buy a flat in Handewadi in Pune? Secondly I want about Fortune builder in Pune? Thirdly why builder takes booking amount and whether its refundable? Fourthly The builder share the draft agreement with the buyer or not? Fifthly right now the area not comes in PMC so when it comes to PMC area there is any added taxes we need to pay?
