1. Currently, the property rates in Handewadi, Pune is around Rs. 5286/sq ft. It is a developing residential area in the outskirts of Pune. It is located in the south-east part of Pune and is surrounded by areas like Undri, Pisoli, Holkarwadi, Yewalewadi, and Kondhwa. Hadapsar is only 6 km from Handewadi so there is a great demand for rental accommodation (Magarpatta IT hub and Hadapsar MIDC).
The market value is pretty good in this area. The rental value is also quite good. Apart from this, the area is still developing and many people have a complaint of load shedding issues in this area.
2. Fortune Developer provide decent projects. However, there are complaints by buyers that there is water seepage problem. So, I would suggest that you should personally go and visit society and enquire with the residents.
3. Booking amount is generally 10% of the property which you pay initially to book your unit so that the builder doesn’t sell the property anyone else. It is refundable if the agreement is yet to be done
4. You can get the agreement reviewed from a lawyer before signing it.
5. If you are talking about property taxes, then I guess you will be paying the tax according to the PMC standards. You will enjoy all the benefits that you were not getting before as there are several facilities provided by PMC.

Is it good time to buy a flat in Handewadi in Pune? Secondly I want about Fortune builder in Pune? Thirdly why builder takes booking amount and whether its refundable? Fourthly The builder share the draft agreement with the buyer or not? Fifthly right now the area not comes in PMC so when it comes to PMC area there is any added taxes we need to pay? If yes, the builder have to pay or the buyer?
