Hey friend,
According to what I've learned. It is not compulsory to register power of attorney(POA) deeds The Indian Registration Act has not made it necessary for the deed to be registered. Only the POV deed that has details about transfer of immovable property rights/title needs to be registered.
If you wish for another person to carry out POV in your place, you need to get it signed and notarised by an official.
