I would personally suggest you not buy that property. Peepal is a big and precious tree which should not be cut down until absolutely necessary. Such trees must also be planted 8 feet from the boundary of your house. So take your decision wisely. Having the tree 5 feet far might now affect you now but in the future, it can. Its trunk grows quite fast and can damage the base of a house.
