Hey pal,
I would suggest you write a letter to the regional EPF stating the reason for not getting an attestation from an employer. Send the filled form to regional EPF along with the cancelled cheque. In the letter mention that you seeded bank KYC on 11-Oct-2022 but it is not approved by the employer and the status is showing pending with the employer for digital signature. Remember to mention your UAN(01655415378) as well.
