In this situation, you can contact ICICI Mutual Fund’s customer service. They might guide you on how to rectify the situation and restart your SIP.
If your bank account now has sufficient funds, you can initiate the SIP payment manually.
In some cases, banks refund NACH charges if the transaction is reprocessed successfully. Contact your bank again and if the bank's response is not satisfactory, you can contact higher authorities within the bank.
If all attempts fail, you can approach the Banking Ombudsman.

I have a mutual fund of ICICI and I pay monthly SIP for it but this month there was not sufficient balance in my bank account when ICICI tried to cut the SIP from my account. Now due to this problem MY SIP wasn't paid but My PNB bank took the NACH Charges of 1180 rupees from my account. My branch saying they cannot do anything in it. Now What should I do?
