I bought property where builder paid TDS, does the flat owner need to show TDS amount in income tax return?

Hi,

As far as I know, if you have bought a property for more than Rs. 50,00,000, then you’ll need to deduct TDS at 1 percent from the payment made. After that, you will have to submit the TDS to the govt. using Form 26QB and file for TDS return. Read more:
