Usually, OTPs are sent within seconds after your confirmation and expire within a maximum of 5 minutes. Maybe you are having network issues; hence, the OTP receiving process got delayed. It doesn't matter if you are in Canada or in another location, as long as you have a good network. I will suggest you contact NoBrokerHood and ask their team to help you.
