You will need to first remove all the cables, segregate the items and have all the packaging material handy.

How to Transport PC in Car?
Here is how you can move your PC in a car:
It will help a lot if you have the original packing box in which the PC came. Even if you don’t, it's fine.
Get the sturdiest box big enough to fit the PC.
Take off all the cables from the PC and wrap them up well, place them into individual coverings of bubble wrap and label them as to which one will connect where.
Store these cables in a separate large box and seal with packing tape. Label the box as PC Cables.
For the PC unit, which includes the monitor, CPU and other components like the keyboard and speakers, pack each part separately. Wrap with bubble wrap and secure using tape.
Place each component in a separate box and fill the remaining space with packing peanuts to prevent any movement while the car is moving.
Ensure there is some space at the top of the box. Seal the top of the box with packing tape. Label the box and ensure the bottom side is also taped well.
You can then place each box in the car and move. I would recommend a person to sit in the back seat and keep an eye on all the boxes if you don’t have a trunk.
This is all you need to do.
