Here are the steps I had followed to sell my Pune flat. As I mentioned above, I listed my property on
NoBroker’s websiteand that’s how I was able to sell it. Here are the steps that you can follow to sell your flat.
After visiting the website, choose your city as Pune.
Next, select Property type as Residential and Property Ad Type as Resale.
Following that, click on the big red button.
Enter your mobile number and the OTP sent to it.
Click on Continue.
Provide the property details such as address, type of flat, images, carpet area, etc.
After that, click on post property to complete the process.
This is how I got my flat listed on NoBroker and was able to sell it. But if you are in a hurry, then you can opt for
