I think what you mean is how to transfer property in your name? If that’s the case, you will need to produce documents verifying that you are the rightful owner of the property. If you have purchased a resale property you will have to produce sale deed and registration documents. If you have inherited the property, you will have to present legal heir certificate or will declaring your rights.
After obtaining these documents, go to the registration office, fill out the application form, pay the requisite fee and you’ll get notified after your details are verified and you get the title of the property.
