Hi,
The process to register an unregistered sale agreement in Bangalore is outlined below in detail.
Step 1: Gather the following paperwork from the vendor in order to construct a selling agreement.
Mother deed (If the seller purchased a resale property)
Deed of sale
Encumbrance certificate (EC)
Latest tax-paid receipt and Khata certificate
Step 2: Create a word document as a draft.
Step 3: Trade draft with the seller, buyer, buyer's agent, bank, and bank if you're choosing a house loan. Obtain the consent of everyone who is concerned.
Step 4: Print the draught on paper that is A4 in size.
Step 5: Both the seller and the buyer must sign the contract on all pages. Witness names, addresses, and phone numbers should be written beside their signatures in the agreement's witnesses section.
Step 6: Create a DD in the name of the sub-registrar office that corresponds to you.
DD value is up to Rs. 20000 or 0.1% of the selling price.
Step 7: Deliver these items to the appropriate sub-registrar office.
Agreement for Sale DD
Step 8: Token numbers will be given out in the sub-office; registrar simply wait for your turn.
Give the counter office the selling agreement and DD. The selling agreement and the DD are reviewed by an officer.
Your sale agreement's back page has the franking value printed by the officer.
The process is finished when an officer hands back the sale agreement and receipt (to the amount of DD).
I hope this helps you.
