In my independent home, I have an overhead tank. For the last 2 weeks, I noticed the water pressure is too low. So, yesterday I hired a plumber to fix it and also asked him how to increase water pressure from overhead tank without pump. He said there are several ways to increase water pressure, including increasing the pipe size, replacing the pipe, reducing pipe bends and length, etc.
How to Increase Water Pressure without Pump?
If possible, enlarge the tank exit nozzle and the piping that emerges from the tank. This should lessen the pressure drop and improve your water flow.
Shorten the pipe's bends and length from the tank to the final usage. Longer runs can boost pressure drops.
The piping may be primarily clogged with sediments if it is old. You can install a new pipe in place of the existing one.
Raising the tank a little bit will also give you proper water flow.
A booster pump is another option. If you are unable to increase your tank, this is excellent. Simply connect your plumbing connection to the booster pump. It will immediately raise the above tank's water pressure.
Alternatively, you can follow the steps shared by Pankaj and Aruna here. I would recommend hiring a professional plumber as they can easily fix such problems.

While taking a shower the other day, I found that the water wasn’t flowing out of the taps at its optimal rate. I tried to check the valves to see whether they had been turned or not, but that was not the case. Since I had some plumbing experience, I started researching to learn how to increase water pressure without a pump. During the process, I learned about a few causes, and those are.
How to Increase Water Pressure from Overhead Tank Without Pump?
There are quite a few reasons due to which the water pressure can drop. Pankaj has already mentioned some of them in his answer. Here are the rest.
Pressure Regulator
Pressure regulators ensure that the water flows at a steady rate, but for some reason, if the setting changes, the water flow will be hampered. Check the settings of the regulator and try to adjust it to a higher setting. Check if the pressure has changed. If not, then replace the pressure regulator.
Adjust the Valve
The valve regulates the flow of water through the pipes, so by any chance their settings get changed, the flow of water can decrease. Locate the Valve near the water tank and ensure that it's fully open. If not, then hire a plumber to get the issue fixed.

When we used to visit our grandfather’s house in Jalandhar I often saw people struggling with low water pressure. Sometimes, the pipes got clogged or the water pressure was low from the source. I have had first hand experience in increasing water pressure. I will tell you how to increase water pressure without a pump in your house.
I am going to list down a few tips on increasing the water pressure without pump here:
Check for leakages. If your house has old pipelines, you must firstly check if there are any leakages. Often due to damaged pipes, the water starts leaking and that results in low water pressure.
If there is no leakage, then you must check for blockage. If it has been a long time since you got them unclogged, it is likely that sediment must have built up.
Clean the shower head or tap faucet, sometimes the filter there can collect sediments and that could result in low water pressure.
Use water softener. The excessive minerals in the water tend to hold and build sediments, the softener will dilute them and will make it functioning again.
If the problem still persists, I strongly recommend calling a plumber and getting it checked thoroughly.
To increase water pressure from an overhead tank without a pump, then you will have to increase the height of the tank and pipe size.
