How to fill form 10E in income tax return?
Visit the official website of the income tax department at:
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
.
Log into e-filing providing your User ID, password, and date of birth.
Tap on ‘e-File’ and choose ‘Income Tax Forms’.
Enter your PAN and choose ‘Form 10E’ below the ‘Form Name’ dropdown menu.
Select the year of assessment to file Form 10E.
Choose the service mode you prefer.
Fill in the details and select ‘save draft’.
Select Annexure-I while filling out the form for salary arrears and fill in the applicable information.
Check and verify all the information.
Tap on the ' Preview and Submit’ button and check your entries before submitting.
