What is The Water Purifier Pre Filter Cleaning Process?
Cleaning the pre-filter not only keeps the water quality better but also keeps the RO membrane safe. The cleaning process is quite easy if you follow the steps that I have added below.
First, turn off the power supply to the water purifier.
Next, turn off the input water supply.
After that, remove the pre-filter housing.
Following that, remove the filter and clean it under a running tap or with clean water.
Clean the housing after and put the filter back in its place.
Now, fix the housing with the cap again.
Finally, open the valve for the input water supply.
If you find high sand and silt in the filter, then it's best to replace the pre-filter. This is how you can clean a pre-filter. I hope this helps.
