How to Apply Possession Certificate?
The first step to obtain a possession certificate AP, involves visiting the official
MeeSevawebsite.
If you are a new user, register by providing your mobile number and email. Existing users can log in using their credentials.
Navigate to "Revenue Department Services". Click on the "Possession Certificate" application.
Enter details such as applicant name, address, property details, survey number, and village/mandal details.
Upload supporting documents like Aadhaar card, sale deed, tax receipts, and encumbrance certificate.
The fee varies based on location and property type. Payment can be made via debit/credit card, net banking, or MeeSeva center.
After submission, you will receive an acknowledgment number to track the application status. The Tehsildar or Revenue Officer will verify the details.
Once approved, the possession certificate will be issued and can be downloaded from the portal within 7 working days.
