Hi, Through DDA e-auctions, interested parties can place online bids for a variety of properties under the Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) authority, such as apartments and plots. But how does DDA e-auction work? Participating in online bidding on specified dates and hours requires enrolling on the DDA's e-auction platform. After being accepted, the highest bidder receives a demand letter and is given the property.

How to Participate in DDA e-Auction?
The step by step process includes:
Eligibility
Participation in e-Auction is open to any Indian citizen who is at least eighteen years old on the application deadline and legally capable of entering into a contract.
Participation Process
To take part, you must visit the DDA's website at
https://www.dda.gov.in/, or,
https://eservices.dda.org.in/. You can also go straight to SBI's portal just for the e-Auction of DDA's apartments:
https://dda.etender.sbi/SBI/.
The application must be submitted once the applicant has paid the nonrefundable processing fee of Rs. 2500/- (including GST) and the appropriate EMD for the apartment.
On the day of the e-auction, the candidate must then visit the online auction hall (also known as the online auction site) and take part in the bidding.
The candidate will then receive a demand letter if they are the highest bidder in the apartment's auction.
