Hi, As per the MHADA flat resale rules, MHADA property can not be sold when the property is still within the lock-in period. It is not allowed legally. This is because the seller will not have NOC (No Objection Certificate) and hence no authority or rights to sell the property as per MHADA rules for transfer of flats.
