As a real estate agent, did you sign a brokerage agreement that mentions that you’d be paid brokerage fees? or do you have any documents to prove that you helped your client get the property?
If yes, then you can send him a legal notice and approach the court.
If not, then it’d be hard to get money from the client. You can request the client to pay you the entire fee as you have given him your resources and valuable time.
I suggest you consult a lawyer regarding this.
