They have 84% open space and a natural lake just beside it
There is a separate area where no vehicles are allowed
The project has already received its RERA number
It has just 6 buildings with 1,000 apartments that are well-designed, spacious and enjoy great ventilation
I have high expectations from this project, mainly because it is constructed by Mana Projects Pvt. Ltd., a reputed builder known for delivering quality projects on time. My sister lives near the project and always speaks highly of it so overall it's a good project you can consider.
The only concern is that its possession date is quite late, December 2035 so it's better that you wait a couple of years more and visit it frequently to know its status.
I do not know of any WhatsApp group and to be honest I do not even want to be a part of it. I rely on NoBroker to get updates about projects as it is safe and visible to all so there will be no provision of getting scammed.
