The case completely depends on the fact that whether the property was ancestral or self-acquired. In the later case, no claims can be made and in the prior case, the daughters may approach the court for cancellation of the release deed.

Father's house property was partitioned among sons through a release deed without giving a share to daughters. It is mentioned in the release deed that there are no coparceners except sons, which is absolutely false & wrong.,because there are 3 daughters alive. Can daughters claim their share in the father's property? And can daughters approach the court for cancellation of the release deed for the reason cited above?
