2. RTC Extracts, Katha Certificates and Extracts, Mutation Registration Extracts
3. Joint Development Agreement and Tripartite Agreement
4. Power of Attorney
5. Sanctioned Building plan and other approvals and NOC from Electricity Dept/Pollution Dept/Water Works/Port Authority
6. Sale & Construction agreement between developer/Builder & 1st owner
7. Copy of Possession letter from Builder/Developer
8. Any Loans on Property verification
9. Sale Agreement with the Seller
10. All Paid Tax receipts, EC up to date for last 13 years
11. NOC from Society/Building
12. Release Deed if any
13. Completion Certificate and Occupancy Certificate
14. Deed of Declaration
15. Latest Electricity Bill
