My uncle bought a piece of land near a cemetery 3 years back. I should also mention that, back then, the cemetery was far from the house but with time, there was an expansion and now my uncle’s house is near the cemetery . Such houses or plots are really cheap and owners want to sell them as soon as possible. You can take advantage of the opportunity.

However, sometimes, there can be expansion of such lands and you might end up just beside the graveyard in future. If you can accept it then just go for it. However, check all the details of the land before buying it.
