Phase 1 of the new year scheme 3 opens on 21st October 2022 and closes on 21st December 2022. And the lottery will be announced on 26 December 2022. From what I have seen, it is especially for the Mumbai MHADA scheme. You can check eligibility criteria and other requirements to make an application for the scheme.
Scheme 3 of phase 1 comprises 1 BHK apartment in an 80-acre township. It is in the Vangani area near Badlapur and it is just 10 minutes away from the Vangani Railway Station. The original apartment cost is around Rs.11,41,000. But you will get the apartment at a price of Rs.8,91,000 after getting a PMAY subsidy of Rs.2,50,000. I just saw the declaration of the winners of the Konkan board housing programme where 8000 reasonable flats were sold. The MHADA Pune 2021 lottery winners were also released.
