Flat has 4 balconies, is very well ventilated and receives good sunlight. Kitchen setup is done by me, washing machine can be bought second hand from previous flatmate at discount. Amenities- Gated Security, Garden, large walk pavement, pool, Gym, Badminton/ cricket, open terrace access. Owner is chill and doesn't bother much, same with society association, no stupid rules. Per person costs- Rent- 17K per month including maintenance Deposit to owner- 50K Setup cost- For kitchen, stove, fridge etc 4K. 2K deposit for RO, Cylinder etc that still be returned once the items are returned. Maid- 1.2K per month. Water- 1K as Bangalore is going through water crisis, extra cost is getting added up from this month for water tankers. Hopefully it'll end by June- July.
