We want to give one terrace room of our bungalow to 2-3 girls on rent. It has premium toilet with solar water supply. Electricity bill is included in the rent. Best for working ladies or lady students. Very close to VIT college Bibwewadi. We stay on 1st floor and terrace is 2nd floor with this room. WiFi bed and table chair will be provided. 11 months agreement will be made and rent is to be paid in advance 77k per head. No seperate deposit will be required if rent paid in advance. If you want to pay per month rent then deposit will be 20k. Lovely place to stay whole terrace you can use. Rent will reduce to 5k if you are ready to adjust 3 girls in room.
