Our PG is very near to Fergusson College, Marathwada College, IMDR Institute, INIFD institute, BMCC college, FC Road, all hotels & shops. Address is Sagar Apartments, flat no. 9, ground floor, plot no. 906, Deccan Gymkhana, new Gupte hospital lane, opposite MSEB Complaint Center, Pune 411004. At present, all 3 cots are FILLED in the triple-sharing room till 28th April, 2024. ONLY ONE cot will be available in triple-sharing room from 29th April, 2024 till 30th June, 2024. COMPULSORY staying term is till 30th JUNE, 2024. NO REFUNDS of balance Rent or Deposit will be given if staying term is NOT completed till 30th June, 2024. Monthly rent of 3-cot sharing big room is Rs. 4,000 each. Deposit is Rs. 4,000 each. Cooking gas is provided ONLY for BREAKFAST (tea, coffee). NO COOKING ALLOWED. Tiffinwallas are available. Facilities given are beds (without mattresses, pillows & bedsheets), tables, chairs, cupboards, cooking gas stove (ONLY for breakfast), gas-geyser, fans & a small fridge.
