Room are self toilet contained &shared by 3 pg's. 2 whlr parking available. Timing are 6am to 10pm. Located in bungalow in safe and central area of Kothrud "RamRatan" PG is in vicinity of colleges like MIT, Bharati Vidyapeeth, MKSSS Cummins Women COE , SNDT amongst many educational institutes. The PG observes good hygiene practices like daily room cleaning, disinfectant spray, auto sanitizer etc. and offers 2 or 3 beds per spacious & airy rooms with self contained toilets and wardrobe, bed matress, box storage, table-chair for each PG & common kitchen platform, cooking gas, utensils , induction plate, water filter fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, hot water etc. [09/08, 1:33 pm] Micromation Walimbe: Each 3 sharing room has 2 windows & area is ~300 sqft and hence it is very spacious and we'll ventilated.PG charges for PG Bed in triple sharing room 7000/pm it would be 6500/month ie; 78k / annum if paid for whole year along with annual deposit of 7k.
