It?s a 1BHK and bedroom is occupied by 2 of us. Working professionals and people who like to keep their space clean are preferred. The flat is newly renovated and is on 5th floor without lift. Rent per head is 6,500/- which includes Gas, RO and Electricity . 1 month rent plus 1 month month deposit to be paid in advance. PS: We don?t mind if you are a smoker but there is No smoking allowed inside the house.
