Built by Real Value Promoters, Sai Shahi is one of the popular residential developments in Kamakoti Nagar, Pallikaranai, at Chennai. This row house community has a total of 104 flats built in 2005. Ours is the center most apartment, easy to identify and ready for sale. Our 3 BHK duplex flat (1483 sq. ft. carpet area, on 1039 sq. ft. of property) has 3 spacious rooms with attached bathrooms, a hall, kitchen, balcony and a private terrace. The apartment stands on the ground floor, where the entrance opens into a spacious hall leading to the kitchen. At the far end of the hall is a bedroom with bathroom which can be manipulated to either be a private bathroom or public. A beautiful spiraled staircase leads to the 1st floor where the master bedroom and the third room are present. The master bedroom has huge lovely French windows which lead to a balcony from which we can get a pretty good view of the entire area. One more flight of stairs leads to a private terrace, where you can have your own garden, erect a swing or just put some chairs for open air relaxation with friends. There is a washbasin in the terrace which comes in handy, if you host a rooftop party. Each room contains big glass windows and a huge wooden cabinet with sliding doors. There are full-length sized mirrors on the outside of the cabinets and various partitions inside. Also present are 3 huge overhead cabinets for storage, covering the entire length of each room. The kitchen includes a service area as well. The car park has a roof installed so it is partially covered. The common area on the ground floor has adequate space for your own private garden. We have a private water tank and have never faced any water shortage. The water is pumped up by the Maintenance staff. The society provides 24 hours security, and has a club house, gym facilities, STP processing facility, maintenance staff etc. The apartment was predominantly occupied only by the owner and her sister, so it has been maintained well. Sai Shahi is strategically located and provides direct connectivity to nearly all other major points in and around Chennai, with easy access to many famed schools, shopping areas, hospitals, recreational areas, public gardens and several other public amenities.
