There is no loan from day one.The main door faces east approximately , balcony and windows overlook hills of Sanjay Gandhi National park, a lovely site . TikujiNi wadi is 5 minutes distance and Dmart for your day to day needs is just next door.

There is false ceiling in both bedrooms.Society has very good maintenance and there are no leakages despite being a top floor flat.
Society has covered parking and open parking. Open parking is alloted on first cum first serve basis. Apprx time for allotment currently is 10 months.IN THE MEAN TIME THE VEHICLES CAN BE PARKED AT UNRESERVER PARKING WHICH IS ADJACENT TO THE SOCIETY.
The house is semi furnished with wardrobes It has easy access to market, schools, hospitals, banks and ATM's as well.
