We are looking to rent out our flat in a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac. This is a combination of two connected flats, so you get two separate entrances to the home.
The (combined) flat comprises of the following:
1) Living room, with a built-in TV unit/ showcase with ample storage for books, documents, vases, etc.
2) Kitchen with a L-shaped counter and modular cabinets.
3) A bedroom with wardrobes
4) An home office/ study with a large study table and large bookshelves for your books/ files. If you desire to have an extra bedroom instead, the table and a bookshelf can be removed.
5) A living room/ bedroom with a built-in TV unit and wardrobe. This room has a separate entrance, and thus can be used either as a den or as a bedroom.
6) Two bathrooms
7) A utility room - you could keep the washing machine here, and/ or use this for extra storage
The flat is on ground floor of a well-maintained housing society. The neighbors are helpful and respectful of your privacy.
Grocery stores, chemists, banks and ATMs, restaurants, schools, hospital are within 5-7 minutes walking distance. Malad Railway station is about 10-12 minutes drive.
We are looking to rent our home to a family.
