Vile Parle West is a good locality. It has good connectivity to schools, banks, NMIMS College, parks, temples, and markets. I love the convenience of it all.

It is a peaceful suburb in Mumbai. It's easily accessible to bus stops, metro, and railway stations, which makes travelling easier. The traffc is insane but manageable.

Vile Parle West offers promising returns on investment. As someone having invested here, I have seen the value risen by 2.18% over the last three years. The area is witnessing significant infrastructure upgrades as well, such as the redevelopment of Shivaji Park and the construction of new flyovers.

The area is good for families, as it's conveniently close to schools, hospitals, and shopping malls. There are IT parks nearby too, perfect for young professionals. I have rented my property here, and I generate good rental income as the demand is steady despite a recent hike in rental prices.

I have visited Infinity Mall here, and the area seemed very crowded and congested in the evening. It's definitely a shopper's paradise as there are plenty of local markets and food stalls nearby. the road conditions can be better though.

It has famous restaurants, shopping streets, and easy access to other parts of Mumbai. The area has a pleasant mix of traditional charm and urban convenience.

The area is considered safe and convenient, though rents and property prices are relatively high, and traffic can get heavy during peak hours.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Block F Zaildar Enclave Nawada Road. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers., manage somehow.

The drainage system across P&T Colony Hydershakote Bandlaguda Jagir completely struggles whenever it rains for even an hour. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out.

The drainage system across Brij Vihar completely struggles whenever it rains for even an hour. Public transport connectivity drops down to zero late at night, making travel unsafe. TBH

The streets around Best Nagar Goregaon West Goregaon feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Appa Pada Malad East is getting worse day by day. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

The streets around Kalyan Nagar feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs.

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Old Malakpet layout. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle.

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay.

Decent area to stay if your office or college is nearby. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare.
