Properties are very expensive here but worth it. it's calm and green and close to many good places to hangout at. Plus, there are good schools, colleges, and even reputed hospitals too like Leelavati. Social life is fun here

Very safe area and feels good to live here. Prestigious and lively. There are always some events going on around and i love it for the cultural vibe. one thing that I don't like is the drainage issues in deeper lanes

It has a great brand value so investing can not go wrong plus even during downturns, it has promising resale value due to airport connectivity and also the luxury projects. The only problem could be the high entry points
